This App uses data from and supplies data to your organization's Winboats Desktop Application. The Winboats Desktop Application and the data it uses and stores is covered by a separate contract and policy as entered into by your organization's legal representive.

We may keep the data we collect via this App for as long as your Organization maintains a contract with for the Winboats Desktop Application. The terms of the data retention and usage of data stored as part of the Winboats Desktop Application are covered by the contract for that application.
We may keep aggregate non-identifiable information related to your use of the App longer in order to improve our Services.
We may share the data we collect with approved Vendors if the data is required for the Vendor to fulfill their obligation to Technology Solutions LLC in order to support or enhance our Services.
